The Designers of Poppie Paperie

At Poppie Paperie, we know you want the gifts that you give, the notes that you take and the words that you write to hold their value.

The problem is that an industry that was created for intentionality has negated thoughtful giving and personalized paper, which can leave you feeling overlooked and undervalued.

What you give and say is valuable and shouldn’t be tied to paper that’s going to be thrown in the trash. We understand the difficulty in finding paper goods that uphold your intentionality, which is why as Beaumont’s first design studio focused on paper products, Cormac and Shelby Kelly are giving their clients paper products that are worth their words.

Stop settling for paper that misses the mark. Invest in Paper Goods that are worth your words.

The Kelly's search for paper products began in the fall of 2018 when Cormac and Shelby were engaged to be married. The couple searched high and low for local paper goods to represent the other details that would be reflective of them, but most importantly, they wanted to create a moment of value felt by the guests who would receive their invitations, order dinner from their paper menus, and leave with a table card that was set out specifically addressed to them.

The question we kept asking ourselves was, 'what would make me feel like I belonged at a celebration,' or in other words, 'what would i want my guest experience to be like?' Every detail is important because it's how you let your guests know you take the event seriously and you take their time seriously. And while a wedding is about the bride and the groom, it is a celebration for all and that surely should be considered.

After little to no luck, the Kellys decided they would design their own wedding stationery. From save the dates and curating their postage, to day of itineraries and thank you cards — the two wanted each paper detail of their wedding day to be cohesive, meaningful and intentional. And so was the suite that started Poppie paperie.
